Federal Acquisition Regulation Seeks OMB Review for Progress Payments

The Federal Acquisition Regulation Secretariat has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval of an extension to a currently approved information collection requirement concerning progress payments, following a 2005 public comment period with no feedback received.
