FAR Case 2003-008 Share-In-Savings Contracting Withdrawn

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have withdrawn the proposed rule to amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation to address Share-in-Savings contracting, which was not reauthorized by Congress after being published in the Federal Register on July 2, 2004.
