Federal Acquisition Regulation Update: New Rules and Guidelines Released

The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) has been updated with new rules and guidelines agreed upon by the Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council, as outlined in Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. These changes are supported by a companion Small Entity Compliance Guide (SECG) available online at http://www.acqnet.gov/far.
