US Government Agencies Approve Interim Rule for Morocco Free Trade Agreement

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to implement the new Free Trade Agreement with Morocco, which went into effect on January 1, 2006, following Congressional approval as outlined in Public Law 108-302.
