Venezuela Sanctions Regulations Web General Licenses 40 and 40A Published

The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published two general licenses related to the Venezuela sanctions program, replacing the expired GL 40 and extending the expiration date of GL 40A to July 12, 2023.
