Federal Acquisition Regulation; Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-10; Small Entity Compliance Guide

The US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA have jointly issued a Small Entity Compliance Guide to help small businesses comply with new rules in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-10, which amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
