Federal Acquisition Regulation to Implement Wage Determinations OnLine (WDOL) for Federal Contracting Agencies

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on an interim rule to implement the Wage Determinations OnLine (WDOL) website as the source for Federal agencies to obtain wage determinations from the Department of Labor for service contracts subject to the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act and for construction contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
