Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2006-003, Procedures Related to Procurement Center Representatives

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed on a final rule to add internal procedures to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, addressing situations where a procurement center representative is required but not assigned to the contracting office or contract administration office.
