Federal Acquisition Regulation; FAR Case 2004-018, Information Technology Security: Councils Adopt Final Rule

The Civilian Agency Acquisition Council and the Defense Acquisition Regulations Council have agreed to adopt the interim rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation to implement the Information Technology Security provisions of the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002, as part of the E-Government Act of 2002.
