Federal Acquisition Regulation; Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13; Small Entity Compliance Guide

The US Department of Defense, General Services Administration, and NASA have jointly issued a Small Entity Compliance Guide to help small businesses comply with new rules in Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-13, which amend the Federal Acquisition Regulation. The guide provides a summary of the amended rules, which can be found in FAC 2005-13 and also available online at http://www.regulations.gov.
