GSA Reopens Comment Period for Proposed Rule on Personal Property Disposition

The General Services Administration is extending the public comment period for a proposed rule that aims to revise the Federal Management Regulation by moving personal property coverage into Subchapter B, as part of a broader revision of the regulation. The proposed rule was first published in the Federal Register on September 12, 2006.
