USTR Publishes Notice Regarding ATPA Annual Reviews for 2004 and 2005

The Office of the United States Trade Representative published a notice on November 22, 2005, detailing the results of the preliminary review of petitions filed in September 2005 to review certain practices in beneficiary developing countries under the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA). The notice also updates the status of petitions filed in 2004 that have remained under review.
