U.S. Trade Representative Announces Retroactive Duty Treatment Eligibility for Honduras and Nicaragua

The U.S. Trade Representative has made a determination that Honduras and Nicaragua are eligible countries for retroactive duty treatment under the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement, following the requirements of the Dominican Republic--Central America--United States Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act.
