USTR Determines Guatemala Eligible for Retroactive Duty Treatment Under DR-CAFTA

The U.S. Trade Representative has made a determination that Guatemala qualifies for retroactive duty treatment under the terms of the Dominican Republic-Central America-United States Free Trade Agreement, as mandated by the DR-CAFTA Implementation Act.
