U.S. Department of Commerce Waives Discriminatory Purchasing Requirements for Bahrain Free Trade Agreement

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued a determination waiving discriminatory purchasing requirements for goods and services covered by Chapter 9 of the United States-Bahrain Free Trade Agreement, effective immediately.
