USTR Publishes Update on ATPA Reviews
The Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) has updated the status of reviews under the Andean Trade Preference Act (ATPA), following petitions filed in 2004 and 2005 to assess compliance with the act's eligibility criteria in beneficiary developing countries.
