U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Final Determination on Light-Emitting Diodes

The U.S. International Trade Commission has made a final determination regarding the importation of light-emitting diodes and products containing them, finding no violation of Section 337 by Dominant Semiconductors Sdn. Bhd. with respect to certain patents, but a violation by the company with respect to others, and issuing a limited exclusion order.
