SanDisk Seeks Investigation into NOR and NAND Flash Memory Devices

SanDisk Corporation has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain NOR and NAND flash memory devices infringe on its patents. The complaint seeks a permanent exclusion order and a cease and desist order from the Commission.
