U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Tissue Converting Machinery Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination that adds Fabio Perini S.p.A. as a complainant and amends the notice of investigation in a case involving tissue converting machinery, including rewriters, tail sealers, trim removers, and components thereof.
