Possible Changes to NAFTA Rules of Origin Following Agreement in Principle with Canada and Mexico

The US Trade Representative has initiated an investigation into probable effects of proposed modifications to NAFTA rules of origin, following an agreement in principle with Canada and Mexico on changes to Annexes 401 and 403 of the agreement.
