Proposed Collection; Comment Request for Forms 8288, 8288-A and 8288-C

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is seeking public comments on proposed information collections related to U.S. Withholding Tax Return for Certain Dispositions by Foreign Persons and Statement of Withholding on Certain Dispositions by Foreign Persons, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
