U.S. International Trade Commission Investigates Crocs, Inc. for Patent and Design Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has received a complaint from Crocs, Inc. alleging that certain foam footwear infringe on U.S. patents and design patents, and the Commission is now investigating the matter.
