U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Zippo Manufacturing Co., Inc. and ZippMark, Inc. Allegations of Trademark Infringement

The U.S. International Trade Commission has initiated an investigation into Zippo Manufacturing Co., Inc. and ZippMark, Inc. following a complaint filed on May 16, 2006, alleging trademark infringement of U.S. Trademark Registration No. 2,606,241, related to the importation and sale of certain lighters in the United States.
