U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Toyota Motion to Amend Complaint

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review a ruling that allows Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America, Inc. and Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky, Inc. to replace Toyota Motor Manufacturing North America, Inc. as part of an ongoing investigation into certain motor and transmission systems and devices.
