Samsung Files Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Patent Infringement

Samsung Telecommunications America, LLP and Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain wireless communication equipment and products infringe on multiple U.S. patents. The complaint, filed on June 2, 2006, seeks relief under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
