U.S. Treasury Publishes New General Licenses for Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions

The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) has published four new general licenses (GLs) for the Russian Harmful Foreign Activities Sanctions program, replacing previously issued licenses that have expired, and a new license that expires on December 5, 2022.
