U.S. International Trade Commission Terminates Investigation into Rubber Antidegradants, Issues Limited Exclusion Order

The U.S. International Trade Commission has terminated an investigation into alleged violations of the Tariff Act of 1930 by two companies, and issued a limited exclusion order, following a finding of non-compliance with section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930.
