U.S. International Trade Commission Issues Final Determination on Patent Violation by Actions Semiconductor Co.

The U.S. International Trade Commission has found Actions Semiconductor Co. of Guangdong, China, guilty of violating Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 with respect to two patents, and has issued a limited exclusion order to restrict the importation of certain products.
