U.S. International Trade Commission Launches Investigation into Quick Clamps Used with Compressed Air Conditioning Units

The U.S. International Trade Commission has begun an investigation into a complaint filed by Norgren, Inc. on behalf of itself, alleging that certain connecting devices, known as 'quick clamps,' infringe on a U.S. patent. The complainant seeks a permanent exclusion order and cease and desist order.
