U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Light Emitting Diode Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting the complainant's motion to amend the complaint in a high-brightness light emitting diode investigation, following a complaint filed by a company against a supplier of light emitting diodes.
