USITC Terminates Investigation into Flash Memory Devices, Citing No Violation of Section 337

The US International Trade Commission has decided not to review an administrative law judge's ruling that a certain flash memory device and its components do not infringe on Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, and has therefore closed the investigation
