Acuity Brands, Inc. Provisionally Accepts Settlement Agreement and Order
The US Commission provisionally accepts a $700,000 settlement with Acuity Brands, Inc. for violating the Consumer Product Safety Act, and will publish the agreement in the Federal Register.
