The FCC has approved a petition for rulemaking filed by Capstar TX Limited Partnership and Clear Channel Broadcasting Licenses, Inc., granting changes to the channel allocations for several radio stations in Alabama, including Station WXQW(FM), WLAY-FM, and WZBQ(FM), as a result of a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking published in 2002.
