FCC Grants Review of Universal Service Decision by Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School District and IBM

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has granted requests for review from Winston-Salem/Forsyth County School District and IBM, and remanded the cases to the Schools and Libraries Division (SLD) for further consideration.
