Commission Asks Parties to Update Record on 1999 Access Charge Reform Docket

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is requesting parties that filed petitions for reconsideration and clarification of rules adopted in 1999 to update their records, as the petitions were filed several years ago and the record may have become stale due to intervening developments and the passage of time.
