FCC Denies Petition for Reconsideration of Radio Broadcasting Services Report and Order

The FCC denied a petition for reconsideration filed by Access.1 Communications-Shreveport, LLC, in a document that was opposed by Columbia Broadcasting Company, Inc., the licensee of Station KVMA-FM in Magnolia, Arkansas. The decision was made on May 22, 2003, and is not subject to the Congressional Review Act.
