This document requests comments on a petition for rule making filed by Jacobs Broadcast Group, Inc., licensee of Station WTDR-FM, Channel 224A, Talladega, Alabama. The petition proposes to reallot WTDR-FM from Talladega to Munford, Alabama, and to provide Munford with its first local aural transmission service. The coordinates for requested Channel 224A at Munford, Alabama, are 33-29-12 NL and 85-59- 15 WL, with a site restriction of 5.9 kilometers (3.6 miles) southwest of Munford. Petitioner's reallotment proposal complies with the provisions of Section 1.420(i) of the Commission's Rules, and therefore, the Commission will not accept competing expressions of interest in the use of Channel 224A at Munford, Alabama, or require the petitioner to demonstrate the availability of an additional equivalent class channel.
