Radio Broadcasting Services; Coopersville, Hart, and Pentwater, MI - Rulemaking Grant

The FCC has granted a petition for rulemaking filed by Waters Broadcasting Corporation and Synergy Media, Inc., allowing Station WCXT to operate on Channel 287B at Coopersville, Michigan, and modifying the license to specify operation on Channel 287B at Coopersville, while reallotting Channel 231C3 from Pentwater, Michigan, to Hart, Michigan.
