FCC Adopts Changes to Jurisdictional Separations Rules for Compliance with Revised Accounting System
The Federal Communications Commission has updated its Part 36 Jurisdictional Separations Rules to align with the revised Part 32 Uniform System of Accounts, which were adopted in the 2000 Biennial Regulatory Review, without affecting cost and revenue assignments to states and interstate regions.
