FCC Denies Petition for Reconsideration of Channel Allotment Decision in Fortuna Foothills, AZ

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has denied a petition for reconsideration filed by Dana J. Puopolo, dismissing a rulemaking petition that sought to allocate Channel 240A to Fortuna Foothills, Arizona, and instead assigned Channel 248A to Wellton, Arizona, to accommodate the Fortuna Foothills allotment, effectively terminating the proceeding.
