FCC Seeks Comments on Mobile Service Commercial Message Regulations and National Do-Not-Call Registry Revisions

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is soliciting public comment on proposed rules to regulate unwanted mobile service commercial messages and potential revisions to the national do-not-call registry, as mandated by the Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act of 2003 and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.
