FCC Grants Counterproposal for Radio Broadcasting Services Upgrade in Texas

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has proposed a counterupgrade plan for radio station KBOC(FM) in Bridgeport, Texas, and rejected a proposal for another station in Crowell, Texas, while approving a settlement agreement between the parties.
