FCC Denies Petition for Reconsideration in Amateur Radio Service Case

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has rejected a petition filed by Mr. W. Lee McVey, who sought to overturn the commission's decision in a report and order regarding the amateur radio service. The FCC determined that the arguments and information presented in the petition were already addressed in the report and order and do not warrant further review.
