FCC Denies Petitions for Reconsideration of Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992; Direct Broadcast Satellite Public Interest Obligations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has rejected all petitions for reconsideration of the Cable Television Consumer Protection and Competition Act of 1992; Direct Broadcast Satellite Public Interest Obligations, superseding a previous order on reconsideration that was adopted in 2004.
