FCC Invites Parties to Update Record on Pending ETC Designations

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking input from interested parties on pending petitions for designation as eligible telecommunications carriers (ETCs) filed under the Communications Act of 1934. The FCC is updating the record on these petitions, which were filed in accordance with section 214(e)(6) of the Act.
