FCC Grants Reallotment of Radio Channels to Texas Stations

The Federal Communications Commission has approved a proposal by Tichenor License Corporation to reallot radio channels in Texas, including Channel 264C to Lumberton, Channel 287A to Crystal Beach, and Channel 287C2 to Winnie, following a petition filed by Charles Crawford that was later dismissed.
