FCC Extends Comment Period for Small Business Spectrum Allocation

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has extended the deadline to file comments on eliminating market entry barriers for small telecommunications businesses and allocating spectrum-based services to small businesses and women- and minority-owned businesses until September 10, 2004, and October 8, 2004, respectively, in response to a motion for an extension of time.
