Commission Requests Comments on Proposed DTV Channel Substitution in Tulsa, OK

The Federal Communications Commission is seeking public input on a proposal by a group of organizations, including Oral Roberts University, to switch DTV channel 26 from Tulsa, Oklahoma, from its current channel 63 location.
