The US Communications Commission will discuss and vote on several proposals, including a framework for the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act, reporting of service disruptions, and the effectiveness of the Emergency Alert System, as well as measures to prevent waste and abuse in the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism.
