FCC Amends TV Allotments for El Dorado, Arkansas, to Reflect DTV Conversion

The Federal Communications Commission has amended the TV and digital TV allotments for El Dorado, Arkansas, to reflect the conversion of Station KETZ-TV from an analog to a digital TV channel, as authorized by an application from the Arkansas Educational Television Commission, permittee of the station.
